Representatives from the Illinois Department of Human Services will present a free program about exploring career paths with the public sector at the Havana Public Library District on Thursday, June 27th at 1:00 p.m. This event offers a platform to engage in meaningful dialogue, fostering connections and potential employment opportunities across a diverse range of state government roles. The IDHS Recruitment team will cover topics related to applying for state positions, state profile creation, and other best practices when applying for careers with the State of Illinois. This event will be held in the library's Plum Street annex, located at 118 S. Plum, just behind the Main Library.
